The East Rockville Civic Association will elect a new Executive Committee (informally known as the 'ERCA Board') in May 2025.
The Executive Committee consists of the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and one at-large member traditionally assigned as Vice-President.
This election is being organized by the ERCA Elections Committee. You can reach them at elections@eastrockville.org.

Nominations for Executive Committee positions will be open until May 13th.
The election itself will run from May 16th to May 30th.
The new Executive Committee will serve for two years; until May 2027.
Eligibility
Eligibility
No dues are required for membership in the East Rockville Civic Association.
Therefore, all residents of the East Rockville neighborhood are eligible to nominate, run, and vote in this election.
You may nominate yourself or any other resident for any of the Executive Committee positions.
